Our trips involve a good amount of walking, but if you are generally okay walking and standing for longer periods, you will be a great candidate to join us!
While we have had travelers with mobility limitations join our trips in the past, our destinations can be a bit tough to navigate with mobility concerns. Here is a summary by destination:
- Mexico City & Oaxaca - very uneven sidewalks + lots of walking
- Portugal - the cities of Lisbon and Porto are very hilly
- Japan - you will need to be able to lift your luggage onto and off of the trains we will use for transportation between cities. We'll also ride bikes to explore Naoshima.
- Argentina - our itinerary includes moderate hiking activities
- France - this is probably the most accessible of our destinations. We use the metro to get around in Paris, but you could take Ubers instead and meet the group at each destination. One of our hotels does not have an elevator though and does have some stairs to get up to the property.
