Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF)
ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
You should plan to arrive at Palace Modern in Santa Fe (105 E Marcy Street, Suite B, Santa Fe, NM 87501) on your trip’s start date at 1:30pm, when we will kick off the trip with a welcome conversation. If you would like to come a few days early or extend your stay, you can request extra hotel nights on our New Mexico Concierge page (coming soon!).
DEPARTURE SCHEDULE
On the last morning of the trip, you’ll be at Hotel Willa in Taos (233 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur, Taos, NM 87571), about a 1.5-hour drive from Santa Fe.
A group transfer back to Santa Fe will depart at 8:00am. The drop-off location will be Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) at 9:30am. We recommend booking a departing flight that leaves SAF no earlier than 11:30am.
If you decide to extend your stay in Taos, you can request extra nights at Hotel Willa on our New Mexico Concierge page (coming soon!).
TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM THE AIRPORT
You will be meeting us at Palace Modern on your trip start date. To get to the hotel from the airport, Uber is a great option. We recommend selecting Uber’s Business Comfort vehicle option, instead of UberX, as we’ve found it to be a nicer and more comfortable option in Santa Fe.
We can also arrange a private car to pick you up if you prefer that as well! Please book this through our New Mexico Concierge page (coming soon!).
A group transfer from Taos to Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) is included on the last day of your trip.
HELPFUL TIP FOR BOOKING FLIGHTS
FLY ROUNTRIP: SANTA FE REGIONAL AIRPORT (SAF)
Our recommendation is to book a roundtrip flight through SAF and utilize the included airport return transfer from Taos on the last day of the trip.
That said, you may want to explore these additional options through Albuquerque and Taos airports, and you may want to extend your stay in Taos. The best option for you will depend on your origin city and personal preferences. Just keep in mind that you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport of your choice.
FLY ROUNTRIP: ALBUQUERQUE INTERNATIONAL SUNPORT (ABQ)
At 1 hour’s drive from the trip’s starting point in Santa Fe and 2.5 hours’ drive from the endpoint in Taos, ABQ is farther away, but it serves more airports outside of the region, so you may find it a less expensive option.
TWO 1-WAY FLIGHTS: SAF & TAOS REGIONAL AIRPORT (TSM)
If you are flying from Denver or select locations in Texas and California, you may decide to fly into Santa Fe and fly out of Taos. At 15 minutes from the trip’s endpoint, TSM is the closest airport, but it serves very few other airports. Check the options here.
