ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
Your trip includes complimentary airport transfers with the group (yay!). We’ll meet at Mahón Menorca Airport on the day your trip starts for a group transfer to the house. Plan to arrive by 2 PM for a 3 PM departure!
DEPARTURE SCHEDULE
The group will return to the airport together after breakfast on the last day. There will be two group transfer options; one early morning around 7am and one mid-morning around 10am. We will adjust the exact transfer times to accommodate as many people as possible. Checkout time is 10am with no options for late checkout and most flights depart MAH before 1pm. If you need a transfer at another time, we can help you book your independent transfer.
HELPFUL TIPS FOR BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS
You can either book one round-trip flight from your home airport to MAH, or you can book two round trip flights - one to/from Europe and one to/from Menorca.
If you go the second route, you may find that it saves you some money. Barcelona and Madrid both have great options for round trip flights to Menorca, but if you're craving to go elsewhere in Europe before/after your group trip to Menorca, you'll find lots of good options elsewhere in the continent - we've even timed our Wild Terrains Portugal trips so that you can easily do Portugal and Menorca back-to-back!
For domestic flights within Spain, Iberia is a more reliable option than the budget airline Vueling.
If you have a layover before an international flight, especially if that layover is at Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Madrid-Barajas (MAD), make sure you put 2-3 hours layover time between your flights. These airports are huge and getting between terminals and gates often involves tram and bus rides. Sometimes there are lines for inter-terminal transportation. Try to find out ahead of time if you will have to pick up your bags and go through Immigration and Security between flights. Either way, pad your time!
